For the past 10 years my husband and I have driven Mitsubishis and when I look to purchase a new car in the near future. I won’t even consider another dealership. because of service and quality.They have great customer service. They update and inform you about the work needed and being done.

I don't normally like going to a dealership for an oil change. They charge too much. But it's well worth it when everyone is friendly and accommodating. I need my car to last a while. Service is great. My only complaint is I don't have a remote starter on my key fob. I work in a prison and can not have a phone in it. The app to me is totally useless and in two years I am going to have to pay for it. I of course won't because again, I work in a prison and can't have my phone on me therefore, it's left home.

I am very impressed with the overall facility. Very clean, and friendly staff. Not a lot of "noise"., that one so very often hears... The vehicle was taken in very quickly, and the service work was done in a very timely manner. The service advisor was very friendly, and kind, explained what was done, asked if I had any questions. I was impressed with the overall experience.My appointment was at 10AM, and I arrived early. Very easy parking, Staff very friendly, and reviewed what was going to be done to the vehicle. Comfortable waiting area, with coffee, and refreshments. Very friendly staff. Couldn't be happier. The service was performed and it was completed by 10:30am. Vehicle was out front, an parked close by. I have some mobility issues, and they parked the vehicle close by. I was very pleased with the service, and the desk staff explained what was done, and asked if I had any questions. A very nice experience.
