While waiting for my oil to be changed a person came in and wanted to schedule an appointment for their tire to be repaired and yet the next opening for service was in two days, the service manager then asked what needed to be repaired and they mentioned something about the dashboard. The service manager went outside for two/three minutes and returned to let the person know they are all set and the person was so happy to have this repair done in not two days but two minutes. Service manager could have let the person book for a service in two days but took care of it immediately (two minutes). The customer explained that this is why they come to this shop for all of their service, customer was very happy. Not sure of Service Manager's name: might have been AJ. I always have great service from the service team.No overcharges. Everything is fair priced, and service is completed on time.
