As my 2020 has reached into the 81k miles, a few months back, I was advised to consider transmission fluid exchange, on 2/5/26, I had this service done, along with NYS inspection.One week later, I unfortunately had a laceration tear in a right back tire, approximately 1 mile from Mangino’s. I drove to Mangino’s & although I wasn’t their only customer there, Brian Dietz listened to my dilemma & assured me, they would get me in. Within 1 hour, I was on my way with a new tire. My significant other is a master technician & he felt I may have a warranty on tires since they were purchased less than a year ago, he spoke w technician the next morning w questions, wishing to view the tire tread & what may have caused the tire to blow out. AJ requested his technician send me photos of the tire. There was proof it was some laceration to tire. Therefore, wasn’t covered by warranty.I sincerely appreciated every effort the Mangino’s team to provide adequate & fair support of my vehicles safety & their considerate evaluation to go out of their way in a professional manner while speaking w my advocate, Ben.This is my 4th Mangino’s Mitsubishi and I definitely in the future will consider a fifth.Thank youSincerelyRobin Piliere.Professional and courteous customer service

This is a brand new car for me. I had a question about the lift gate that I did not know how to work with my foot. Brian was very helpful in showing me how to work it so that I could open it as I was not able to do it since I had received that car. He was very kind and patient in showing me where I had to have my foot placed in order for this to work.Went in for an oil change and everyone was very friendly and efficient and I was there for less than 45 minutes.
