There were problems communicating with Dr through office staff. There were too many problems taking the MRI. I requested the front office lady to add the $27 copay for a consultation to the $1700 I would pay for the implant at my next visit in 2 weeks, but she demanded the $27 that day and refused to wait...not friendly or trusting. Professional treatment by Dr Vahadi was fine.Bob Rothman
