I appreciated the quick response to my simple service request that involved installing an additional hook for hanging planters on the balcony. The request was fulfilled the next day, and the maintenance person placed additional hooks. In addition, the maintenance person proactively fixed my sliding door which has always been a struggle to open since I moved in almost three years ago. Previous fixes were never long-lasting. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the results from the most recent service request. Kudos to the team.

Appreciate the rapid respond to a water leak issue related to the washer/wall connection given the desire to avoid any further damage.

Overall, I am satisfied with the living experience at Town Center. Management appears to have incorporated prior feedback into operations. Specifically, residents are better informed about temporary disruptions to services (e.g., temporary water shut off for maintenance) and the property in common areas (e.g., outdoor walkway areas) are consistently clean.

Rajsharee was very polite and helpful with the move in. She did a walk through of the property and noted a few move in inspection items.

The fire alarm panel in the lobby of 983 S Thompson has been displaying an error message for two months now. Originally submitted on 2-21-2026. Still has the same error as of the writing of this message on 4-20-2026.
