Has not been fixed. Still an error on the fire control panel as of March 19, 2026 at 9:18pm. Fault was initially reported on February 19th.Received a message indicating the fault was repaired, and the service request cancelled.

I appreciate the community. I love the apartment. Good management that is responsive when there are difficulties with appliances or other things that come up.

The friendly maintenance person was efficient and professional. When he was done, he made sure I was satisfied with the results. I appreciate his great attitude as well. This is my third year as a resident of Town Center so I’ve seen my past faves come and go and move onto other opportunities (e.g., Angel and Len). And, I know it may be challenging to find and hold onto service staff. I’m pleased he is still with us.
