Overall, I am satisfied with the living experience at Town Center. Management appears to have incorporated prior feedback into operations. Specifically, residents are better informed about temporary disruptions to services (e.g., temporary water shut off for maintenance) and the property in common areas (e.g., outdoor walkway areas) are consistently clean.

Rajsharee was very polite and helpful with the move in. She did a walk through of the property and noted a few move in inspection items.

The fire alarm panel in the lobby of 983 S Thompson has been displaying an error message for two months now. Originally submitted on 2-21-2026. Still has the same error as of the writing of this message on 4-20-2026.

Has not been fixed. Still an error on the fire control panel as of March 19, 2026 at 9:18pm. Fault was initially reported on February 19th.Received a message indicating the fault was repaired, and the service request cancelled.
