Super quick response! Great job!

Staff Great.Security system poor: proximity detection unreliable. Entry garage gate inoperable for several month, cumulatively. Need to use phone to unlock entry gates while needing to keep both hands on the wheel to navigate tight spaces, suggests the designer had a fixation on tech, rather than residents user experience.

Took a while to figure out the problem, otherwise good.

We have lived at Town Center for 23 plus years. Grounds are well manicured, safe and clean. Management is easily available by text and maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner.

Love my apartment but the common areas are run down and often dirty. Look at floor on garage area by the elevator for on example. Another are the painted floors in the common areas…peeling in some places and dirty in others, wet puddles after the rains which should be mopped up. Even the floor in the elevator is often dirty or stained…not sure which. For these rents the common areas need to be painted a better color and kept in better shape. Clearly this is not a priority and inconsistent with the high rents. Where is the pride of ownership?
