I appreciate the community. I love the apartment. Good management that is responsive when there are difficulties with appliances or other things that come up.

The friendly maintenance person was efficient and professional. When he was done, he made sure I was satisfied with the results. I appreciate his great attitude as well. This is my third year as a resident of Town Center so I’ve seen my past faves come and go and move onto other opportunities (e.g., Angel and Len). And, I know it may be challenging to find and hold onto service staff. I’m pleased he is still with us.

If this was for the sink that kept spitting stuff up out of the sink, over a week after the maintenance person said the plumber will come tomorrow is too long. I didn't get a response until I texted the office to follow up.

It was not fixed despite being marked complete. Gutter leaks into window when it rains. Resubmitted request.

Just need to finish painting the spot that was patched.
