I had a dental emergency and they got me in right away!I do not have dental insurance but the bill was affordable and fair. I appreciate everything that was done.

I am not happy that Melanie is no longer working there. Liz the dental hygenist that cleaned my teeth was kinda rude. She sighed numerous times when I asked her nicely to numb my mouth. She ignored my questions.

This doesn't allow me enough characters to respond properly and completely, so therefore I won't share my experience. I had a bad experience. After phoning your CSA was unwilling to resolve issue.

Always i am on time. The last time was fine they call me at time but most the times i have wait. The front desk ladys look upset and they do not want work. Maira is the best always nice. The dctor she is very nice.

Amazing front desk people.

The front desk workers need training on being respectful to the patients. Was told I did not have dentrite which I do, the other person there found it. Was told I owed 480.00 which I did not. The bill I had in my hand totaled 330.00 which did not include the cancer screening the total was 380.00 Never an apology. They correct each other out loud in front of patients. In the past they have talked about one of the co-workers.

Every one was friendly and polite. I am hard of hearing and the staff made sure I heard and understood everything.
