The staff seemed nice. Both the hygienist and the Doctor gave me enough time to ask my questions and were thorough. The most notable downsides were that my chair was wobbly and the xray in the room had green splatter on it. I think it was toothpaste, but it didn’t seem clean. One of the tools, a pick I think, had some black goo on the handle and that didn’t seem clean

I was told the dentist went to lunch at the time of my appointment and was asked if I wanted to wait until she returned. I declined because the office should have done a better job with scheduling and the dentist should have cared enough to honor the appointment.

The statement incorrectly says the doctor has me returning to the office for a Crown. However, the doctor never said that. What she actually said was my gums are receding and she referred me to a peridontist. I was upset when I got home and realized that the front desk person had me sign off on paying $2,613.00 for dental work I don't even need.

I was scheduled for a cleaning and X-rays. My cleaning was amazing as always. My X-ray could not be done because there was no Dr but I was never contacted about the change.
