The statement incorrectly says the doctor has me returning to the office for a Crown. However, the doctor never said that. What she actually said was my gums are receding and she referred me to a peridontist. I was upset when I got home and realized that the front desk person had me sign off on paying $2,613.00 for dental work I don't even need.

I was scheduled for a cleaning and X-rays. My cleaning was amazing as always. My X-ray could not be done because there was no Dr but I was never contacted about the change.
