The visit was a complete waste of time and felt like a scam.I scheduled my first appointment as a new patient for a routine dental cleaning. They asked when my last cleaning was, and I told them it had been about eight months ago and that everything was fine. They also asked if I had any concerns, and I said no-l just needed a regular cleaning.They started by taking X-rays and performing other exams.At the end, they told me I needed to replace two fillings and get a deep cleaning. At no point have those fillings caused me any pain or discomfort.They then handed me a treatment plan divided into two phases. The first phase was a deep cleaning for $216, and the second phase was replacing the two fillings for $890.I told them I would at least like to have a regular cleaning, but they said they couldn't do that and that I had to get the deep cleaning instead.I ended up leaving without having anything done. It also felt like they were annoyed when they asked if I wanted to schedule appointments for both phases and I said no.The whole experience felt like a scam, as if they were just trying to get more money out of me. I'm very upset because now I have to wait until next year to find a different dental insurance plan so I can get my cleaning done by another dentist.

Very professional very clean very organized and friendly great team.

I needed to leave after awaiting for twenty minutes. I left with a molar ache (7/10 rate). The discomfort has been going on since two weeks. Last week it did decrease to a (3/10). This week and today 06/18/26 increased to (7/10). Unfortunately, I lost the opportunity to get the molar treated or extracted. (Remaining baby tooth). My cleaning visit went well.

Making appointment was easy and print, when I developed an abscess tooth before my appointment date they moved the first available appointment that had very quickly. Front desk personnel is an amazing young man! Everything was clean and the most updated equipment. The young lady who took X-rays was very patient as I have a huge fear of dentist. The dentist was ABSOLUTELY thorough, explained everything, was very gentle and understanding! Would absolutely recommend this office to everyone.
