Dr. was great. Exam was thorough and clear. I was left waiting for the hygienist for 30 min after my exam/X-rays and was told she was cleaning her tools.

Scheduler changes schedule without your knowledge or consent. Hangs up phone, very disrespectful and unprofessional. If this was one of my staff, her position would be terminated immediately
