Good experience. team working..team

I scheduled exam followed by cleaning which was supposed to together but I had a 45 minute wait time in between.I was told I had no co payment but when I was leaving they asked for $25 for fluoride treatment which I did not ask for nor was I informed that they were doing it, I think the patient should be asked before preforming.
