Super exelente

I was referred here because I have an urgent procedure I need to get done but somehow their X-ray machine was broken and needed to reschedule me for a whole week after . Very irritating and a waste of time since I had to take off work to attend an appointment that was going to be rescheduled.

Amazing...Made me feel so at ease. And it was my first time there.

They were all great at their responsibilities

It was a very pleasant atmosphere, staff was also very helpful.

Staff was courteous and helpful working with my insurance company and the doctor was quick and decisive about taking care of my lost filling (done by another dentist).

Every staff was friendly except the front person by the window. She looks like she doesn’t want to be there, and when you ask a question she gives response in the most condescending way. Once you get past front desk everyone else is a pleasure to speak too.

I scheduled exam followed by cleaning which was supposed to together but I had a 45 minute wait time in between.I was told I had no co payment but when I was leaving they asked for $25 for fluoride treatment which I did not ask for nor was I informed that they were doing it, I think the patient should be asked before preforming.
