Xray tech was excellent! Dr PEYSER reviewedYour system after that was terrible! I sat & sat in chair waiting! Never got to go over what needs to be done & amt! One person in front was reviewing forever with a man that was struggling! I had to leave after 30 min! Told someone would call review & schedule next appt after I agree to what needed to be done & amt! Never received call yesterday. Called today explain everything. There is a lot to be done and told I’d get call back. I HAV’NT!!!!!

Kimberly called me after I left telling me I owed almost $200 from prior visit in December and said a bill was sent in January. When I checked my schedule at home i called her to say I didn’t have a visit then and she just said not to worry, that the mgr wrote it off. This was not reassuring and left me without confidence in the staff.

Dr Zakko was so patient and helpful !
