All staff excellent. Front staff, physician assistant, dr MalikAm hearing impaired and they were patient and accommodating

It was a very poor experience. The medical professionals were great but the experience was terrible and I went in for a cleaning. I was there almost 2 hours and I didn’t even have my teeth cleaned. The lady who does the billing at one point told me that we don’t normally do cleaning on a first visit which made no freaking sense because I booked the appointment for a cleaning. I left without actually getting a cleaning after over 2 hours there. Frustrated would be an understatement. But the doctors and nurses there were kind and professional. The office staff are disorganized and there are serious communication breakdowns between staff members.

The office was very friendly and I feel that the dentist and hygienist did a great job.

I did not like the lack of customer care from the doctor. I don’t think I was on the same page as the assistant. Constantly telling someone to relax is annoying when you are already calm. Pain is a different emotion from fear

Office Manager Ms. Izzo is amazing helpful throughout the entire process. Both Doctors Zakko and Wang were great and the assistant Terri was comforting during the procedure.

The staff was very understanding and helped my girlfriend with as chipped tooth in an emergency situation. We will be forever grateful!
