Long wait after arrival before being seen. Lots of X-rays but no cleaning. Found problems for lots of money on my part.

Told me they accept payments, had me pay $89 for consultation, took one xray and the receptionist told me the results. Not professional at all!

Took almost two hours…most time waiting in an dentist ever. Then hygenist had a coughing attack and just rushed through the cleaning. I was practically drowning and have never had that much pain ever for a cleaning?!

Waiting time in exam room was long and slow. It was about 1 hour of just waiting.This was my 1st appointment with Dr. Basulto who resealed my crown and that went well. The dental assistant was very good. Overall it was a good experience and I will go back for other work I need to have done. I will have more of an opinion after a couple of more visits.

Desde que llegué me sentí como en casa, el muchacho de la recepción muy amable y me ayudó con el papeleo, agua café en fin todo excelente. Las muchas también fueron un amor. El sitio muy limpio y acogedor. UN 10 DE 10 SIN DUDAS
