Staff was very helpful. Made me feel at ease during my procedure.

My biggest concern, and honestly a very serious one, is the lack of sanitary practices I observed during my visit. The technician put her gloved hands in my mouth and then proceeded to touch the computer mouse and the button on the X-ray machine without changing gloves or sanitizing between these tasks. This is extremely concerning, particularly in a dental setting where infection control and cross-contamination prevention should be a priority.I also arrived early for my 1:00 p.m. appointment, only to find the office locked. Patients are expected to wait outside in the hallway until the office opens. There were elderly patients waiting as well, which I found especially disappointing.The doctor was nice, and both the check-in and check-out receptionists were pleasant. However, when checking out, I would recommend keeping questions to a minimum and exiting quickly, as asking questions seemed to be an inconvenience.Overall, my primary concern is the infection-control practices I witnessed. That alone is enough to not return. I believe patients deserve to feel confident that proper sanitation and cross-contamination procedures are being followed throughout their visit.

Was great. All the staff wew very friendly and theh explained everything about my procedure very clearly.

It was great, even though I arrived 2 hours earlier to my appointment because I confused the times, they still took me in. Dr. Diaz is awesome and helpful. A true delight.

Didn’t like the fact that I had to wait for a long time to be seen. I got there before my appointment time , no one there, then 5 or 6 people came after me and were seen right away. Once I was seen I was treated nice.
