All went ok. The hygienist was very polite.The rooms are very cold, I suggest having blankets for patients’ convenience.Also, in other offices I will get a bag with dental products, I did not get one this year, nor last year. Something lacking compared to other dental offices I used before.

Is very frustrating when I get the price for a service and pay it and withing a few months I receive a bill to pay even more money

My only concern is that I had been going in for my cleanings but somehow hadn't seen the doctor or gotten x-rays since 2024. I do recall that there were times that my schedule had conflicts with when the doctor could see me, but after finally getting xrays done and seeing the doctor, I came to learn that I needed 2 fillings. I wish there would have been more importance put on me seeing the doctor if it had been over a year, especially because I did go to my cleanings in 2025.

My dental hygienist is amazing and the reason I go there. However, every time I go I get charged for additional things that I didn’t know I was going to be charged separately for. I went in for a covered cleaning and left paying $25 for a fluoride treatment. It’s not the money. It’s the principle. It just distasteful to not be transparent about what is extra and give the customer the choice. I most likely would’ve said yes and not felt taken advantage of afterwards.

I had my appointment at 08:30 am and doctor showed up 40 minutes late. I was there for a problem that I have with a front cap/cover that was installed last year and still have sensitivity in the back. Doctor said wanted to see me in three months but I need to find out if doctor Diaz can do something maybe to cover where I have the problem. Thanks
