All of the above was perfect. Everyone there was super nice and explained everything easy to understand. It was every clean especially the ladies room. I am very impressed with the stall and doctors.

I was blindsided by several things during this visit. First, I had no idea I was having a New Patient visit, after many years going to this office. Typically my visits have a $10 copay...the cost yesterday was $190. The exrays that were done, which have always been covered by Florida Blue, instead cost $90. There was NO communication up front about the fact that you were doing different x-rays than normal and NO transparency and approval for the cost BEFORE those xrays were taken.

So for the last three years I have had a membership with Dentrite. My cleaning was always around 40. My membership was valid until October of 2026. When I was given my bill of 140. I was told that was the charge same with or without the card. My Dentrite should have been honored as I paid for the year when policy was different. I would have ungraded in October had I known of different plan. It should have been honored. You should not sell patients plans that you won’t stand by.
