You NEVER answer the phone! I’ve been on hold for more than 1/2 hour before I hung up and drove over! Super inconvenient. So inconvenient that I canceled my appointment and went to another dental group that DOES answer their phones! While I was there I saw a desk staff go to answer the phone by immediately placing the caller on hold without EVER picking up. VERY POOR client attention.

From the moment I walked in and until I was checked out, everyone was absolutely wonderful. So caring, communicative, and kind. The front desk worked as a team and all staff looked happy to be there and did a great job, listening and explaining. I’m happy I found them
