Would not honor an estimate for crowns which I received from a dentist who is no longer with the practice., was told the estimate was incorrect and it could not go thru my ins because it was cosmetic. It was not cosmetic. The dentist who gave me the estimate ruined my teeth when trying to fill a chip in my front tooth. That is the reason for the crowns.

Don’t carry my insurance

I arrived at 1250 for a 1PM appointment. The X-ray and dentist visit went off without a hitch. I waited an hour for the hygienist, and finally had to leave without seeing the hygienist. The staff couldn’t tell me what the problem was, except that they were sorry.

If I shared the above experience I don't think anyone would go to Dr. D for an extraction.The main reason I went to your facility was because two of my friends recommended it to mebut apparently never had a tooth extracted.I certainly will not recommend anyone and I will never return.The entire staff were all friendly, cautious and helpful. Dr. D. should take some lessons fromthe staff. He never even introduced himself when he first came into the room.
