Very complete and professional.

My first experience was short, but it was wonderful! The only reason I gave it a nine is because yesterday was my first time patient visit. I go for my cleaning today. The people were extremely nice, helpful, and informative.

All of the above was perfect. Everyone there was super nice and explained everything easy to understand. It was every clean especially the ladies room. I am very impressed with the stall and doctors.

Good service

I was blindsided by several things during this visit. First, I had no idea I was having a New Patient visit, after many years going to this office. Typically my visits have a $10 copay...the cost yesterday was $190. The exrays that were done, which have always been covered by Florida Blue, instead cost $90. There was NO communication up front about the fact that you were doing different x-rays than normal and NO transparency and approval for the cost BEFORE those xrays were taken.

I called the office twice regarding a prescription, still do not have it.

They did the new cap on time and both dentist and assistant were a pleasure to work with
