I labeled my maintenance request as a “low” level request. Meaning it wasn’t necessarily time critical yet Rob was working on it within an hour and let me know when he was done. That’s why I rated the the way I did.

It was a very nice place with a very responsive office team. Always kept tenants up to date with things happening and has events engaging the tenants. Very friendly atmosphere.
