The service was done within the same day I had submitted the work order! He had all the tools and supplies needed to complete 2 different work orders in under an hour!

The laundry machines are never working. No one picks up their dog poop in the dog park which causes a horrible smell in the entire area and inside my apartment (whoch i don't even have dogs). The guy in the front office never has solutions and just sits there passively instead of solving problems. And my car got towed from my own parking spot which I pay for in my rent and the apartment would not reimburse me for the $450 to get my car back from the impound lot. So yea, I hate living here and dealing with all of this stupid crap.
