Horrible experience. New maintenance did not understand English and there was a language barrier and miscommunication. Simple fix of a light bulb and water filter took 3 days to get fix. Very disappointed with new maintenance staff.

Miguel is the best of the best. The biggest reason for us to continue living here is because of Miguel and Maria. They work tirelessly to keep the community nice and we are so grateful for them.

My maintenance request to have the kitchen faucet fixed was handled immediately added in efficient manner. I appreciate the quickness to my response and the quality of the work done.

The overall experience is good. The biggest challenge is packages being stolen from the front door.It’s frustrating to see new people come into the community paying way less and loyal good paying tenants having the rent raised. That is the only reason I would move, to avoid rent hikes.
