Pretty good experience. The wait for finance took a bit longer than I would expect, especially since I paid for the car in cash. I do wish they had done a better job of "detailing" the car. It definitely was not super clean.

It wasn't great this time, the appointment was supposed to be at 4pm and it didn't finish until 6:30pm. On top of that, I noticed a charge in the invoice that I assume it was because I waited in the lobby so supposedly they would charge a fee to make the service faster. Also, they charged me for tire rotation without asking me if I wanted that service, I had brand new tires that I purchased somewhere else a couple of weeks ago.
