Very fast and complete service

Long wait and other issues

It wasn't great this time, the appointment was supposed to be at 4pm and it didn't finish until 6:30pm. On top of that, I noticed a charge in the invoice that I assume it was because I waited in the lobby so supposedly they would charge a fee to make the service faster. Also, they charged me for tire rotation without asking me if I wanted that service, I had brand new tires that I purchased somewhere else a couple of weeks ago.

Toyota of Greenville so far has done everything they said they would do.

I always question all the repairs your technicians find to correct.

It was ok.. tires didn’t get rotated. Sat in waiting for 3hrs total even with an appointment
