Everything went as expected for changing the oil on my 2012 RAV4 at the special offer price. The pictures for the multipoint inspection were useful and the service person, Jesse Reitmeier was polite. (Plus the coffee from the machine in the lobby while waiting is very good.) I'm a DIY type guy and a hard sell for additional services. I buy parts from TOG's parts department when the price is competitive.

Please fix your texting service to let customers know the progress and completion of their vehicles. Receiving a call from an unknown number doesn’t always work—I usually don’t answer such calls.
