Overall, I had a very good experience with Toyota of Greenville. Sean England was helpful, and didn't push things too much which is refreshing compared to most sales people I experienced in this process. The only downside of my experience was the effort of the dealership to ensure timely delivery of the vehicle. I understand delays happen, but there didn't seem to be much effort to get solid answers on the ETA. I am sure the experience would have been better had the vehicle already been on the lot, so I don't think it's much of a ding. I will still recommend folks go to your dealership, and have already talked up Sean to friends/coworkers in case they are in the market. Thank you, Sean, for all your help and patience during the process!

Fast and welcoming

As it always is, my experience was great. Jordan Gauthier, my service manager was excellent. The accommodations inside are also nice. Can't complain.
