I had a positive experience buying the car. Napoleon was the salesperson - he wasn't pushy, was very knowledgeable about the car, and made sure to explain everything along the way. I appreciated the lack of high-pressure sales tactics - it made it much less stressful to buy the car. Kayla was the finance person - she was great as well (not pushy, explained each line as we asked, and was very helpful).
