Overall, I had a very good experience with Toyota of Greenville. Sean England was helpful, and didn't push things too much which is refreshing compared to most sales people I experienced in this process. The only downside of my experience was the effort of the dealership to ensure timely delivery of the vehicle. I understand delays happen, but there didn't seem to be much effort to get solid answers on the ETA. I am sure the experience would have been better had the vehicle already been on the lot, so I don't think it's much of a ding. I will still recommend folks go to your dealership, and have already talked up Sean to friends/coworkers in case they are in the market. I had a positive experience buying the car. Napoleon was the salesperson - he wasn't pushy, was very knowledgeable about the car, and made sure to explain everything along the way. I appreciated the lack of high-pressure sales tactics - it made it much less stressful to buy the car. Kayla was the finance person - she was great as well (not pushy, explained each line as we asked, and was very helpful).
