I find it unacceptable that after spending $72,000 on a vehicle, I only receive one key FOB. You would think a purchase that size would warrant the ensuring the purchase was 100% complete .

I had set an appointment for my 115,000 mile scheduled service with the anticipation of possibly having brake work done. Josh Kilinski assisted me and we discussed the appointment - agreeing on a few extra services to complete while I was there, especially since I tend to fall between the schedule. We also found one unexpected issue that needed to be addressed. Communication with Toyota of Greenville is always exceptional and Josh went above and beyond during the visit. The service took longer than anticipated, however, only 1 hour over our projected time. Josh did a fantastic job in communicating along the way. There are also some pay over time services the dealership offers and with some of the higher priced maintenance visits, this is a great option if you need it. I appreciate Josh for his professionalism, knowledge and for treating me with respect. My Camry is running like new and I appreciate the team for all you do for your customers.
