I took my car in to be service. The young lady contacted me from time to time to let me know what was being done tomy car. I was told that I needed new tires. the lady came to me and explained everything about the tires and the price. Every question that I had she answered, she made sure that I understood what was being done. On my way home the tires had a smooth ride but I hear a noise like something crashed into my car. But nothing did, so when I got home I checked my car the front left hud cap had come off. I didn't see it in the road but I know I left the dealership with it on the tire. I will have to get new hub caps because only three are on the tires.

Tyler Simmons went above and beyond when I brought my car in to be serviced. I needed to know if a tracking device had been installed in my car. He called me within 30 minutes with the findings, and sent an email with multiple photos. He arranged my Lyft ride to and from, and was very empathetic about the situation and offered additional help if needed.
