I was a walk-in without an appointment. I was treated as if I had an appointment. Ms. Utz was very professional, sent to me the items of concern about my vehicle, discussed any concerns I had. I was offfered the courtesy of a LYFT to take me home to wait while the Toyota technicians worked on my car. LYFT was sent to my home to return me to the Toyota dealership where my car was ready for my to pick up. Everything was great.
