Overall the dealership was responsive when I inquired about the Rav4 we purchased and upfront about costs and the buying process. It was particularly helpful that Cedric helped with getting my rental car returned after hours. There were a couple of small things that could have been improved. The entertainment system on the Rav4 was not reset and this has taken repeat visits to my local dealership to address. My salesperson, Carlos, took a personal call on speakerphone while we were filling out paperwork, which wasn't very professional. Overall, I found this a positive experience.
