I found myself at Toyota of Greenville due to a check engine light. I was 6 hrs from home; visiting Greenville to attend the SEC WBB Tournament and this was the last thing I wanted to happen. I had just arrived in town when the engine light came on - UGH!! I booked an early appt with your service department online, which was effortless! I was anxious and a little stressed as to what the issue was knowing my truck is part of the engine recall. Andrew met me as I got out of the truck; cool, calm and confident in the team's ability to diagnosis the issue and get me back on my way. He shared upfront the time it would take for the diagnosis. Andrew kept me informed as to the progress and possible diagnosis as all signs pointed to an issue with the gas. Andrew explained the situation thoroughly in a manner I could understand. Andrew listened to my situation...a leased truck that I was returning for a new Tundra the following week...and together based on the team's experience and my needs, we decided to reset the engine light and I would bring it back if the light reappeared. Thankfully, the light didn't come back on and we made it home safely.I have been a Toyota owner for well over 25 years and have never received the level of service that Andrew provided me that day.If I hadn't already leased another truck, I would have definitely given Toyota of Greenville an opportunity for my business.I spoke with Fred immediately following my experience to be able to convey my thanks and appreciation for the service I received from Andrew.
