Everything was wonderful expect the head finance woman coming in and trying bully me into buying the extended service plan. This was not the wonderful woman who helped me through the financing, it was her boss.

Came to have the sway bar repaired. My car after service is already driving and feeling a lot smoother.

I am still waiting on my RAV4 to arrive.

Micah made setting the appointment very straightforward. She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, and also helped me out with applicable savings.The waiting area was convenient for coffee and a seat to work, and service was completed in a very reasonable time.

The dealership sold me the car I wanted, but didn't really go very far to negotiate terms I requested. With that being said I would like to thank Sylvie for helping me with nearly anything I needed, she was terrific to work with through the process as I live 1,200 miles from the dealership!
