Everything was great!

We had a great experience initially! Our sales consultant, Mercedes, was wonderful. However, when we went to purchase the car, the finance representative was rude and pushy. He was very condescending once we turned down the warranty option. We honestly were considering adding on the warranty, but after seeing how he treated us, we were content with our decision to go without.

When I arrived I was told my visit would take 2 hours because they had to drive the car. I don't think it should take that long just because they have to test drive the car. If I didn't have an appointment than I could see that.

This was a regular check up. I appreciate Brittany Anderson's attention to my service, especially now that my non-driving husband anx I are down to only one car. We frequently drive to visit our family and it's comforting to know that everything is up to date and the car is as safe as possible.

Dennis was very friendly and professional.

I have the same experience everytime. It's the best Toyota I've ever been to.
