Great - in and out recall work and tire rotation.

Unfortunately I am horrible with names, but I believe it was Joshua, (first counter person when you pull into the service center), who serviced me, and he was EXCEPTIONAL. Very fast, immediately attentive and just super friendly. I would hang on to him. I might consider hiring him myself.

Charles, my agent of contact, was polite, respectful and courteous!

Savannah, my advisor, was very friendly and got me checked in right away, even thought I was an hour early for my appointment. Mark, the tire specialist, checked my tires for safety, which I appreciated. The communication was great, and the service was done in just over an hour. Great job all around!

Everything was great till I ask for help with GPS system in my car. They didn't know anything about them. You sell them in your Toyota's you should know everything a bout them.
