The two hour wait for a five minute job is too long. They were only putting a new visor on. We waited two hours past our appointment time and went to check and the visor was laying there. The technicians said it would only take three minutes to put on. When you have an appointment they should start on it within thirty minutes at the most not two hours later.. Very bad way to treat people.
