When I serviced my 2020 Prius Prime on June 19th, most of your CDK provided software systems were down causing difficulties in the normal handling of the paperwork, but Steve and other service advisors still got a ride to work for me and had my vehicle service completed in a timely manner with a ride back to the dealership to pick it up.

I went in for a typical service. Andrew kept me informed of any items they recommended replacing during visit. Unfortunately when a service person was driving vehicle out of the shop it was hit by another vehicle going around a blind corner. Andrew said they would totally repair my vehicle and give me a car to drive in the meantime. The repair took two weeks (new back door and tire). Andrew kept me informed along the way and also gave me my service visit for free. Because of the way Andrew handled the situation and treated me as the customer, it made the difference in how I looked at the unfortunate situation.
