I had a good experience at my recent routine maintenance visit. Anastasia Streblow, my service representative, was a pleasure to work with. I waited in the customer lounge for my maintenance work to be done. It actually took less time that originally estimated. A couple of maintenance items that I had not expected were suggested to me. I agreed to their being done. It is good to have someone monitoring the needed maintenance items of which I may not be aware.
