Andrew has a commitment to his customers at a level that I previously was frustrated about and not seeing from other reps. Andrew has been an advocate for me, making certain that variety of issues with my car have been addressed. He has gone above and beyond my expectations, checking, asking questions and staying on technicians to get the jobs done right. Previous to Andrew I was very frustrated with several poor repairs. Andrew has turned things around such that I will continue to do business with Toyota if Greenville as long as Andrew it there.
