Good: Anastasia was great, very normal and was helpful & polite. She was authentically nice and not overly fake trying to act nice for customer service. I appreciated being spoken to like a normal person and not someone who needed a back rub for emotional support. She also seemed very knowledgeable.Areas for your improvement: Oil change and tire rotation took longer than it should have with an appointment. I used to do this on my own with my previous truck in my driveway, alone, faster. Including the time it took to put it up on stands. I brought it to the dealership because this Tundra is still under certified pre-owned coverage and (if anything happens where I need to use it) I wouldn't want Toyota to say I did any servicing wrong to deny coverage. Wasn't concerned about the price, just keeping my I's dotted and T's crossed for strength of warranty argument if I needed it.Additionally, the Lyft service wasn't anything stellar. That's always a risk when outsourcing your customer service. I opened the app and there wasn't any indication of a driver coming, but there were plenty of drivers within 3 minutes. I was asking for a ride to Velo apartments maybe a mile away. I waited 15-17 minutes watching all the other Lyft drivers drive by on the app. I called family who dropped me off, but not before I witnessed the Toyota of Greenville van taking customers places. I should've just walked the mile to my family's place to wait for the service to be done."Maintenance Required" light was also not reset, but I took care of that.Overall not horrible, but didn't win loyalty points either.
