Sherwood checked me in and he was a ray of sunshine. Such a kind and happy person. Made me feel like I mattered. He definitely deserves a raise.The lyft ride to and from work was a great experience as well. I am very pleased with my whole experience.

Very good. I needed better training on how to use the media- phone, radio etc. we purchased the Venza on Sunday w agreement to pick it up on Wednesday so the hitch could be added. We were not told in advance to download the Toyota app, and this caused a problem. I could not sync my phone to the car. Also mats and key were not available. I returned on Friday to sync phone and pick up key and mats. My sales person was very busy. Too busy for the attention I needed. He was w another customer. He should have assigned someone else to take care of me. We synced my phone, but it’s a mess. I hate the radio. I can’t make a call. I am going to try to figure it out but really, he should have 1. Told us in advance to have Toyota app down loaded and 2. He should have asked someone else to help me.
