It took longer than I anticipated but I was kept up to date on the timeframe of events

Andrew was very knowledgeable, helpful, and an excellent communicator about what was going on with my vehicle. He also made sure that I could get my car serviced quickly after the battery unexpectedly died. I was ready to ditch Toyota of Greenville as my car service provider after y'all tried to charge me 95 dollars to replace a single lug bolt on my wheel, but Andrew and his outstanding service has single-handedly won me back!

Micah was very kind and I appreciate how she notified me about the leak and looked to be sure that I had warranty coverage on it.
