Great service. The tech diagnosed the problem in my car door. Part ordered. Car goes back to Caliber Collision in Taylors today and hopefully they can get my car fixed. It has been back and forth since March 27 for a total of 56 days. Much too long!!

Stephen Merritt's customer service is outstanding. He goes out of his way to make my service visit a good experience. For background, I am 86and have difficulty walking. Last time, I needed to rent a car (you had rented all of yours); Stephen called a car rental agency on my behalf. After my vehicle had been serviced (on my most recent visit), he brought the car to a point where the walking was at an absolute minimum. These are just a couple of examples ... he's great. My car was taken back for service as soon as I arrived. The rep at the service desk was very kind and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I had asked if they could help me because I could not replace the windshield wipers and they did. I am truly grateful.I did not have to spend a lot of time at the dealership and I was able to do my zoom class on time.
