My first service on my new RAV4 was great

Everything was great until check out. I tried to email my concern but not sure it was directed to the right desk. I bought my crv used from Toyota of greenville. I have been using your service dpt because of the warranty I purchased and because I trust your work there. Until now I have been able to use the coupons I get emailed from you guys along with reminders that I appreciate. This time checking out Savanna Carrasco was adamant since I didn't have a Toyota that those coupons on line were not intended for my car. I'm on vacation and was not prepared for her response. Dumbfounded I pulled out a paper coupon I had received in the mail from you guys, after she rolled her eyes she went to someone else for approval I guess and came back with we will accept it this time but she couldn't understand why I was getting these. Please explain to me why all the sudden the on line coupons are not acceptable for me to use. I really like your service dept, maybe she is new and has been mis informed.
