We had an incident in which we had to have our vehicle towed to Toyota of Greenville for service.It was so convenient to be able to leave the vehicle after hours in the service department with an explanation of the problem, a car key and asked for them to call prior to doing the work. Steve Barton called early the next morning to discuss the problem/solution, give us an approximate of how long it would take to service the car. He gave us excellent personal service.
