It was a good experience. It really felt good to be able to get the car you want. The car is beautiful. The warranty is awesome. The gas milage is above average.

I made my appointment on line. It was an easy process. I was greeted promptly when I arrived and the car was serviced quickly. It was a great experience. My service advisor Richard Nguyen was helpful and knowledgeable.

I don't know which Toyota experience this survey is for. Is it from the body shop or the service center. Both were good so I'll just give 5 stars and call it covered.

Good. New tires

Thought it odd that it would take an hour and a half to patch a tire. understand they want me to be aware of other things that need attention.What probably upset me most is the next day noticed that the cap that goes on the tire was gone. always losing the caps to the tires. Frustrating. usually make sure they are on before leaving but not this time. it sucks.
