I was very happy until I went to drive away and the floor mats were NOT included with the purchase. I have bought many new cars and even a few Toyota's and have NEVER seen that. In a game of 40K+ to not include the floor mats was petty at best and really made me want to walk away form the deal. The dealer did include them after the purchase but acted as if I was a fool for not seeing that on the sticker. There is a LOT of info on the sticker and it's easy to miss something that you would assume is included. It made me think I better craw under the truck and see if I have a spare tire or jack too. Very disappointed that something so petty is now a bargaining tool.

Richard was absolutely great! I have never asked for anyone in particular in the service department because all who have helped me have been great. But, Richard Nyugen was a step above great! I will definitely ask for him again.
